Anne maintains hold on Nose

LUDDENDEN'S Anne Johnson was first lady home at the Teggs Nose fell race at Macclesfield,and x also placed 14th overall in a field of 52.
Very wet conditions meant times were slower than in previous years.Anne clocked 1.05.41 over the seven mile course.

She follows in the footsteps of fellow Calder Valley ladies Sally Newman and Karen Mather who have also won the race in previous years.
